JOONIPA Fund is an alternative investment fund specialising in consumer litigation finance. We provide asset-backed financing to regulated law firms and claims management companies that pursue consumer claims where liability has already been established — turning the enforcement of established legal rights into a disciplined, structured asset class.
Our Mission
We exist to bridge two worlds that are too often kept apart: finance and fairness. By financing consumer claims where fault has already been determined — by binding court precedent or by a regulator such as the FCA — we support access to justice for consumers while giving qualified investors access to a private-credit strategy grounded in established legal rights.
Our Approach to Litigation Finance
JOONIPA provides financing to regulated law firms and claims management companies across precedent- or regulation-based claim categories — including mis-sold car finance, housing disrepair, undisclosed loan add-ons, energy-broker commissions and pension mis-selling. We finance only claims where liability is already established, backed by a first charge over and assignment of the funded cases, with After-the-Event insurance where available.
